Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received the returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at prints@subtilstudio.com.



Refunds


We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
