Once the package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 5 to 6 days.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please let us know. We ask that you contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
Please remember that each print is custom-made. Therefore, unless your print arrives damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
Also, please make sure your address is correct. We cannot reship or refund items lost due to incorrect information.
If the product is damaged by the carrier, please send us a verification photo to prints@subtilstudio.com (or refuse the package, if applicable).
